Delivery (within Indonesia)
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and are delivered to you within 5 - 7 business days. Delivery is via Lion Parcel. Giovanna Photography will not be held responsible for any postage delays that may occur.
Loss or Damage is not covered. If you wish to have your order Insured, please advise us immediately and a quote will be obtained for you.
Customs & Taxes
All countries have their own laws regarding the import of certain products. Giovanna Photography has no control over these charges. Unfortunately we are unable to provide estimates of import costs for individual countries as they differ widely from country to country. Please note that understanding import restrictions and the payment of any associated import customs and taxes is the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order. You may also visit duty calculation websites such as www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/.
Most countries have a value threshold on imports before they start charging duty. For example, the Australian government charges duty, GST and various administration fees on all imports valued over AUD$1,000.
Giovanna Photography does not offer any returns or refunds on international shipping
Every print is an order-based print. Please choose carefully (the image, the size and print material).
