Placing Your Order / Payment
Orders can be placed through our secure website anytime and paid using PayPal or a valid credit card. PayPal is a fast and easy method of payment without the need to disclose your credit card details. To make payment via this method, you do NOT need a PayPal account.
Giovanna Photography does not offer any returns or refunds on international shipping
Every print is a pre-order. Please choose carefully (the image, the size and print material).
Frame & Shipping Options
Due to international shipping regulations, we’re unable to ship framed prints abroad with our regular courier service.
Option 1 - Print only
We can ship the print without the frame. It will be carefully rolled and packed in a protective tube for safe delivery with DHL or Fedex.
Option 2 - Framed prints
If you have a cargo shipping company in Bali, we’re happy to prepare and securely pack the framed artwork for you. Your cargo company can then collect it directly from our warehouse.
We’re always happy to help you choose the option that works best for your order.
Customs & Taxes
All countries have their own laws regarding the import of certain products. Giovanna Photography has no control over these charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide estimates of import costs for individual countries as they differ widely from country to country. Please note that understanding import restrictions and the payment of any associated import customs and taxes is the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order. You may also visit duty calculation websites such as www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/.
Most countries have a value threshold on imports before they start charging duty. For example, the Australian government charges duty, GST and various administration fees on all imports valued over AUD$1,000.

Delivery (within Indonesia)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are delivered to you within 5 - 7 business days. Delivery is via Lion Parcel. Giovanna Photography will not be held responsible for any postage delays that may occur.
Loss or Damage is not covered. If you wish to have your order insured, please advise us immediately and a quote will be obtained for you.
