Where are the prints shipped from?
We are shipping worldwide from Bali, Indonesia. We also have a gallery here in Bali that you can visit, please come if you are in Bali :)
Placing your order and payment method
Orders can be placed through our secure website anytime and paid using Paypal or a valid credit/ debit card. Paypal is a fast and easy method of payment without the need to disclose your credit card details. To make payment via this method you do NOT need a Paypal account.

What is the Canvas/ Paper used? Why Hahnemühle?
The Canvas and Paper we use are Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Fine Art Paper and Hahnemühle Daguerre Canvas. Click on the each name to know more about the paper and canvas.

What is the difference between Canvas and Paper?
The main difference between Paper and Canvas is the size in regards to framing:
- Paper will normally need to be framed behind glass. That's why we only provide paper for the smaller size since having a big frame with glass is very heavy and dangerous to be on the wall
- Canvas, on the other hand, is perfect for the bigger size since the canvas print doesn't need to be framed behind glass. So having a large size won't be a problem.
We can help you visualize the print on the wall if you want. We can create a mockup of your wall with the print on it to help you see how the print will look on your wall. Send us an email contact@giovannaphotography.com
What's a 'shelfie'?
It's a small print with a wooden backing, suitable for a table or a shelf; hence the name 'Shelfie.' It's a made-up name, of course. We think it's pretty cute :)

We happily ship anywhere in the World. Shipping is calculated by qty and is in USD. If you are in Brazil or South Africa, we have an agent representing our Photography product there, which will save you a lot in Tax and Duty, please send us your inquiry, and we will help you further.

Customs & Taxes
All countries have their own laws regarding the import of certain products. Giovanna Photography has no control over these charges. We are unable to provide estimates of import costs for individual countries as they differ widely from country to country. Please note that understanding import restrictions and the payment of any associated import customs and taxes is the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order. You may also visit duty calculation websites such as www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/.
Most countries have a value threshold on imports before they start charging duty. For example, the Australian government charges duty, GST, and various administration fees on all imports valued at over AUD$1,000.
Delivery within Indonesia
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and are delivered to you within 14 business days. Delivery is via Lion Parcel. Giovanna Photography will not be held responsible for any postage delays that may occur.
Loss or Damage is not covered. If you wish to have your order insured, please advise us immediately and a quote will be obtained for you.
Giovanna Photography does not offer any returns on international shipping
Every print is an order-based print. Please choose carefully (the image, the size, and the print material). We do not offer returns for the prints.
All the sizes are in Centimeters (cm), what about Inches?
We are using cm for our standard measurement, but to help you decide on the size, here is the size conversion:
