Placing Your Order / Payment

Orders can be placed through our secure website anytime and paid using Paypal or a valid credit card. Paypal is a fast and easy method of payment without the need to disclose your credit card details. To make payment via this method you do NOT need a Paypal account.

Photography Shipping

We will happily ship anywhere in the World by DHL Express or TNT. Shipping is calculated by quantity and is in USD.

Delivery (within Indonesia)

All orders are processed within the same day and are delivered to you within 5 - 7 working days. Delivery is via Lion Parcel. 

Loss or Damage is not covered. If you wish to have your order Insured, please advise us immediately and a quote will be obtained for you.

Customs & Taxes

All countries have their own laws regarding the import of certain products. Giovanna Photography has no control over these charges. We are unable to provide estimates of import costs for individual countries as they differ widely from country to country. Please note that understanding import restrictions and the payment of any associated import customs and taxes is the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver.
